NARUTO, it just keeps dissapointing me, because every time naruto progresses, you know it's just the kyuubi, and sasuke is always one step ahead of him, it would never realistically (if you can be realistic when it comes to naruto) happen like that.
Also Evangelion, i just didn't like the way they ended it with random cardboard art and photographic montages and some transcendant message that nobody really gets. Still loved the anime as a whole though.
uhm almost all animes end badly if you think about it, by american standards at least

Bleach. After the soul society arc it sort of dropped with crazy creatures and off colored jokes. The story came to stand still full of fillers.
Getbackers was something like that too

la corda d'oro, ghost hunt, um...
i probably have some more that i'm really disappointed with, but i really hate animes that end with no clear decision as to who the heroine ends up with. especially ghost hunt, where i felt like the story was just cut in half and we ended up never really finding out *SPOILER ALERT*
that the "Naru" in Mai's dreams was actually his dead twin brother. I mean, JEEZ! THAT wasn't important XP
plus, la corda d'oro was just mushy as hell at the end and we never got everyone's backstory.
