all i can find is rumors from (http://www.tailedfox.com/news-will-naruto-ever-end%3F) , fans are predicting that it is coming to an end. to be specific i said PREDICTING altho it might not actually be true . all you and other fans can do is hope it won't end. which i doubt it will considering the amount of fans their are =D

I wouldn't mind if it ended, I just hope it doesn't get dragged for a long
time with a lame plot or something.

Naruto is my favorite and I've following it for a long time.
I don't know what I'd do if it ended Image

*Agree with^*

:/ I really hate it when authors drag a good anime for far too long, just like Inu-Yasha. But after growing older
(lol, can you believe I started watching Naruto when I was in grade 5 when my older bro introduced me to it?? Image Then got hooked, and read the manga while watching the anime. Then after awhile, gradually lost interest and was reduced to reading the manga, until I stopped entirely) - like 4-5 years older haha, I learned to appreciate how complex Naruto actually is. I mean, compared to Inu-Yasha, Naruto has so much more story and character depth into it. Anyway, when I started reading the manga again I was totally trying to understand their reasons for doing this and that. In between chapters(or even while I'm reading), I would start thinking, I wonder who they're pertaining to(whether person, an idea[such as "the king" in the shougi match of Asuma and Shikamaru], the animals..snake-eats mouse?can't remember..then was eaten by a hawk). And the way how you can really see how human the characters actually are..@__@ It's weird but I can somehow parallel my attitude and experiences with Sasuke, not the killing side I assure you, Image but his stingy personality, and why he is so.
As much as I would like to elaborate why though, I think I might go on and on so I'll stop now haha :)) But to sum it up, I think Naruto has in a way, made me realize quite a lot of ideas concerning important world issues, whether it may be an economic, social, or religious one, and thus, making me a better person. HAHA, I know you're probably saying I'm a weirdo..but heck I don't care Image
But..MAN..Naruto's like reading a book rather than a comic. Image I sooo love Naruto, and I do hope that Masashi Kishimoto ends it VERY WELL. I HATE having bad endings. It can be dramatic, but not stupid, =.= which I'm very much certain he will not do. Image

P.S. If I've violated any rules(probably due to a bit of off-topicness?)..please do tell me and I'll edit this post immediately! Image

I don't think it will end for a while,

With all the new characters being introduced in the latest manga chapter i can see the story running for a fair bit.

As well as Danzo now showing connections with Orochimaru, he seems to just be warming up.

I'm glad you found a deeper meaning in Naruto.

Naruto was the first anime that I got into and through Naruto I discovered other great anime.

The story has never dissapointed me and has kept me interested since the beginning. I love the depth
of the characters and how the author Kishimoto has kept true to the characters and the story.

We'll see where the story leads us Image

O? What are those "other great anime"? Do suggest some. Image I currently haven't found one that has fully met and went beyond my expectations yet other than Naruto. Actually, right now I haven't been watching much anime because I haven't found any worth my while. It's funny, I didn't like reading before, but now after finding great depths in Naruto, I even got to finish a thick book, and have a desire to read more classics. Image

Ummm, ever heard of FLCL? or Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann? or Cowboy Bebop, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Rurouni Kenshin? (I could go on like that for hours.) All of those animes and mangas (and a lot more) are better than Naruto. Let's be glad the series is ending and leave it behind us. Image

>>; Um yeah..I've watched RK lots of times already. Cowboy Bebop done also..:) FMA...hrm..o yeah xD but..no I have to disagree with you that FMA is better. Maybe the same, but definitely not better. I can say though that they do have their own strong points. Image Hrm maybe I ought to catch up with that again though :)) Gurren Lagann?...I saw it but maybe I got a bit biased with it. Alright I have a question, is it like "I draw my power from friends. If we always stick together we're strong" kind of anime? If so, that's the kind of anime I'm sort of tired of watching Image
FLCL, yes I've heard of it, but haven't got the chance to read/watch any of it. So ok, I'll check it out. Thanks for the suggestions! :D

Well, Gurren Lagann KIND OF has a theme like that, but when you watch it, it's so much more different than any other anime. It has just enough action, drama, and everything to make an anime good. I think everyone should watch it. (Best anime I've ever watched. I think the Japanese voice acting is better than the American). FLCL is the craziest anime I've ever watched, and there's only 6 episodes! (There's more manga, though) In my opinion, FMA is better than Naruto because of the concept. The alchemy concepts seem to fit well, while the chakra concepts in Naruto don't seem to mix well with the universe. (Ninjas with TV's and computers? Using self-produced energy to use abilities when fighting? Makes no sense.) But you are right. Every series has its strong points, but I think Naruto doesn't have many. Even though I think Naruto is probably the worst series ever (Too long!!!! If you buy every volume, do you know how much money you spent?!), I used to really like it. But it's ruined ninjas for me. So now, I'm sticking with pirates and samurai warriors. Image I won't go back to ninjas until Naruto is long forgotten.
