sooo here's my 2 cents on this issue
I don't know much about Shinee's music.. But SNSD's Genie was purchased by SM on February 1st, 2009. Dinerya's song was released by the end of April... so I am pretty sure that there was no stealing in this case... and I read somewhere that the song was leaked and Dinerya actually stole the music.... I am not sure about this though.... The issue with DBSK's Mirotic has been cleared by SM long time ago but I continuously see it cropping up.. The Danish producers of the song sold the music rights to both Sarah Conner and DBSK...... eerily familiar with SNSD as SM actually bought the song before Sarah C. but she released the song earlier.... (smart move I guess)... Well as far as I can see I think SM's timing is super bad... they seem to buy the song early but release it way after when somebody else has already beaten them to it... oh well I think the best way to avoid this would be to encourage the artists to compose their own music... |

the producers for the song MIROTIC sold both rights to Sarah C and DBSK, so how could they have copied it?
