Naunix 5726 cr points Send Message: 19 / M / Narnia Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 11/17/12 I'm gonna say Lelouch from Code Geass because he lost his mother and was left to care for his crippled and blind sister as a prisoner of war in a country that was currently in a hellish state(when he piggybacks her through the area covered in corpses) And Lucy/Nyuu from Elfen Lied she was treated as trash by everyone and whenever she thought she had found a friend they lied to her. The one friend who didn't deceive her was beat to death in front of her...all the while she battled with an instinct within her mind that was convincing her to annihilate the human race.

Doesn't get much worse than starving to death in a tower and watching your brother die. Taking his name and having your magic suppressed because you're too powerful for your own good and could destroy everyone.

And Jintan from AnoHana, his friend/crush died right after he called her ugly, then he becomes a recluse and later is haunted by her ghost.

Being a bearer of Alpha Stigma was a tad hard on him, and no one wanted to be around him cause they were all scared of him and thought he was a monster, and he always got ditched and didn't want to get close to anyone really, in case he went nuts and destroyed them. And he got put in some military school. There's probably more to it, I've only seen the anime. Also a few of the kids in Angel Beats maybe too...
