dende from dbz,lol, has to watch as the whole namekian race is slaughtered before his poor little eyes, his bro dies and the elder of his village die infront of him, his hero nail dies and saichuro dies, he had it tough, then he was killed by freiza. eventually the nameks and dende are ressurected only to leave their home world for ever as it was blown to dust, porr litlle Dende.
and finally in the 2nd cooler movie when new namek gets screwed.

I'd have to say it would be an elven Lied tie. The main gie (cant remember his name) went crazy because a girl he liked cut his little sister in half followed imediatly afyer by his dad. Lucy was tormented by everyonefor having horns then the 1 person who didn't lied to her about who he went with so she goes crazzy and kills people.
Then there is Vash the stampede who had his brother kill the girl he liked as well as everyone he ever knew and almost all of humanity.
Iriya Kana from Iriya no Sora, UFO no Natsu where her whole life was a tool for the goverment and her point was to kill aliens and watch as friend after friend died.
Ed and Al from FMA one looses body one looses arm and leg both lost mother never had a father
Kyosuke Date and Runa from Soul Takerthey wernt human and were hunted all there lives because of it
Sinoske Sagura from FMP he grew up in the military ><
Everyone in Chrno Crusade
In all the above cases It was just horable to live through such things.
