My computer keeps freezing!

ok, my computer usually freezes whenever i watch a video for more than 2-3 hours and whenever i play a video game, it freezes in 45 mins or so. What should i do? Btw, i have an outdated antivirus program from 2 years ago and i don't have the money to buy a new one. Please help me if u can.

Get a new trial version of some AV program..there are tons out there..http://anti-virus-software-review.toptenreviews.com/
Once you've picked a cool AV name..google it and you'll be sure to find a trial version on their official websites.

Your computer probably suffers from low end graphics and cpu. Can't do much about it...

High risk files? Some can still put them under quarantine and even remove them if I'm not mistaken. Trials are here to prove to you that this product is worth the buy..

download spybot - search and destroy, its free =D

also, try doing disk cleanup and disk defragmenter.
