1) What skills do you possess that you believe would make you a good candidate for this position?
Language-wise, I speak English and Filipino. I know a little French and Japanese, too. If I can help it, I make sure that I post the write things (grammar, spelling, etc.) in the forums, GBs or PMs. I'm very much conscious of my grammar. But yeah, I know nobody is perfect. I still commit mistakes, though, but I'm more than willing to correct them and to learn from them. I'm a versatile person. I make sure that I try to do things I haven't done or haven't thought of doing before for experience's sake. I like keeping things clean and organized. I'm a law-abiding citizen, too (haha.). I know the forum rules very well, since I reviewed them all the very first time I posted in the forums. And lastly, I've got a good work attitude and that is, I do every job assigned to me enthusiastically and wholeheartedly.

2) What would your moderation style be like?
I believe in the importance of rules. Rules are made for people to follow in order to keep things organized. I would be fair and open-minded in dealing with other members. I believe respect is important, too, since I am going to deal with the other members. I won't use my position as a moderator to threaten or to ban a member for no reason at all. If I see a member breaking a rule, I would PM him/her my warning in a nice manner. If s/he still keeps on doing the same thing for the 2nd, 3rd, whatever nth time, I would have no choice but to hand him/her a ban. I would edit or delete every inappropriate posts I find. Threads that are posted on the wrong sections will be moved. I would search for duplicate threads (I know there are many) and well, lock them. I won't tolerate flame baiting among members. As a moderator, it would be my job to ensure that the members are cooperating in keeping the forums quiet and clean in this community.

3) How often do you frequent the official forum categories and do you post often?
I visit the forums almost everyday. I enjoy reading other members' opinions on a certain topic. My favorite sections are: the General [Polls, Site News and New Features--I love to know how the changes that are happening to CR work)] and Entertainment (Drama and Music only--not that much fond of watching Anime) sections. I used to post a lot on the said forum categories before, especially if I find the topic really entertaining, but now, I rarely make posts 'cause things are getting messier each day. I guess, for now, I would just want to extend a helping hand to other mods in keeping the forums clean.

4) Have you reported inappropriate threads before? If so, how often?
Yes, I like giving heads up to moderators. I think I've done that for like 4 or 5 times already. Whenever I see a thread posted on a wrong section or whenever I see duplicate threads, I immediately report it to a moderator. So basically, everything that constitutes to breaking the forum rules IS a no-no to me.

5) How much time do you think you would be able to devote to moderating?
I have school in the morning 'til afternoon from Tuesdays to Saturdays, so I think I can only devote 3-5 hours a day (except for Mondays--I think I can devote much time and effort during this day). Just a heads up: I won't be online during exam week (eep, study time!).

6) What other activities occupy your time?
Well, as of the moment, I still go to school. Thankfully, I'm already on my last semester. If I'd be lucky enough to get the position, I think I'm capable enough of putting ample time into my studies, my personal (and well, social) life and my modding schedule.

7) What timezone do you live in?
GMT +8 - Manila, Philippines :)

8) If you have any other comments that you feel is necessary and wasn't covered in the other questions, you may write them here:
I've always wanted to be a Forum Moderator, but I feel the responsibility is (somehow) too much to handle. But how would I know if I can do it or not if I won't give it a try, right? Whatever the result of this application is, I would accept it wholeheartedly. Best of luck to everyone and Congratulations (excited much, eh?) to all those who will get picked!

1) What skills do you possess that you believe would make you a good candidate for this position?
Spontaneous, speedy, enough to keep spammers out. I don't lose an habit very easily once forged into my mind. In other words, I'll pretty much moderate on my free time if it becomes a routine.
I'm fluent with French as my second language and English as my third. I figured my first language will be useless because I only speak it verbally.
If you need an example of my well-organized quality; simply look at my blog for it's simplicity and organization. I'm the admin and it's being spam-free ever since its establishment.

2) What would your moderation style be like?
I would go for a banning on pg-13 rules. Warning on spams and duplicates, up to 3 strikes.
Also, I'm very flexible with rules. By all means, I will apply the rules but I'd rather use that power depending on the situation.

3) How often do you frequent the official forum categories and do you post often?
Only on the Anime Section in all honesty, it's quite boring and nothing seems to be done despite having forum mods.
I only post when necessary, but the lack of interesting new threads is only making my frequency of posting lower than usual.

4) Have you reported inappropriate threads before? If so, how often?
Only on emergency cases (The biggest case, in the One Piece section). I usually leave a message to xO_Skittles_Ox and things get done way faster than reporting it. (Only a few times) You can ask her personally, it will confirm my claim. (Feel concerned BK)
The main reason why I don't report that much is the fact that I accumulated too much bad experience with moderators in the past.

5) How much time do you think you would be able to devote to moderating?
I'm pretty much on everyday and as long as I go in the Anime Section, call it moderating. In simple term, most of my evening time except on my part-time days.

6) What other activities occupy your time?
College Studies, part-time, blog admin.

7) What timezone do you live in?
Eastern Time Zone (Greenwich Mean Time -5hr)

8) If you have any other comments that you feel is necessary and wasn't covered in the other questions, you may write them here:
I'm infamously known in the Anime Section for various reasons. Of course, any mods would notice me if they paid attention in that section. I personally would be doing a big clean in that section any time. I'm still thinking of a way to make it more interesting and propose it to the team, but again the clean-up comes first.
My sole purpose right now, is to clean the Anime Section. It's worse than a dumpster and there's no discussion talk in it.

1) What skills do you possess that you believe would make you a good candidate for this position?

Firstly, I have to say that I posses the ideal attitude needed for the job. I am organized, open-minded and patient. I also enjoy helping other users around the site and use perfect grammar in doing so.

Secondly, I have experience in forum modding on CR as I have already been chosen as a Time of Eve and Itazura na kiss series moderator. I’m also very familiar with the forum rules

2) What would your moderation style be like?

I would normally focus on the new threads that’s been posted and check if it’s not a duplicate/is pointless/ and checked if the forum starter has given out a clear introduction.
Instead of closing threads that have not been introduced properly, I would do my best in saving the thread by changing the title/adding bits to the introduction that would make users understand it more clearly.
If I come across a user acting inappropriately, I would give him/her three warnings, and ban him/her depending on the severity of his/her action.

3) How often do you frequent the official forum categories and do you post often?

I visit the forum daily but haven’t posted as much. I normally post in the help categories and the Manga section.

4) Have you reported inappropriate threads before? If so, how often?

As soon as I see an inappropriate thread, I do my best to look over it and check if it’s a duplicate/if the title makes sense/if the forum starter made the introduction clear and report to suggest how to make the thread better or deserve to be closed.

5) How much time do you think you would be able to devote to moderating?

I’m on at CR everyday and for very long hours. I would say, at an average of 8 to 10 hours a day. But, even if the time is limited I would make sure that the job is finished and in a proper manner.

6) What other activities occupy your time?

Since it’s currently summer and School is at rest for the moment, there is a lot of free time at my hands.

7) What timezone do you live in?

GMT +3

8) If you have any other comments that you feel is necessary and wasn't covered in the other questions, you may write them here:

I’m applying because, as I said I spend a lot of time here in this site and want to offer a service to pay back for the time it has served its purpose for me.

1) What skills do you possess that you believe would make you a good candidate for this position?
I am a loud person but when it comes to people's opinion and point of view, I always give them a chance to let them speak up their minds before I judge things. I am a responsible person, and I'm proud about that. The only times that I can be lousy is when things get boring but I always find a way of how to make such a livelier one. I'm a half perfectionist because not all things can be perfected right. I just do and give my very best in whatever I do to make a better result. I'm a fair person. When it comes to this kind of things, I always see all people equally. Though he or she is my friend, I don't care as long as this will be for the best for everybody and for the site.

2) What would your moderation style be like?
It depends. I'm always around in crunchyrolls' forums so basically I can recognize those who do not follow the rules. Honestly, I think I will not depend into user's report because I always have spare time to track down those posts. Well that can be tough but that how life is.

As for the users who do not follow, giving them a warning is a good start but I have to make sure if they really did something wrong. I will be open to their opinions and I will respect them. And I don't care if that user bashes or curses me about this kind of stuff, it's simple, as long as I do my work well, then that's better than giving such damn replies to those who will bash me or curse me. I'll treat everyone equally.

3) How often do you frequent the official forum categories and do you post often?
Everyday, I don't forget to hang out in the forums. Because it is the only place where I can express my thoughts, opinions, and ideas into such trivial things and such. I post often because I have a lot of spare time to use after watching a drama or an anime.

4) Have you reported inappropriate threads before? If so, how often?
Yes I have but not that most of the time since duplicated threads and threads that are in the wrong section are the threads that I often see.

5) How much time do you think you would be able to devote to moderating?
I have school so I can't have my whole time for crunchyroll. I spent 11 hours in school so I think I can only give crunchyroll 4-5 hours of my time. But during weekends, I can give my whole time. =D

6) What other activities occupy your time?
There goes home works, projects, study time, and my time for watching asian dramas and anime. For the rest, that would be my nap time. So I really do have a lot of spare time.

7) What timezone do you live in?
(GMT-08:00) Pacific Time

8) If you have any other comments that you feel is necessary and wasn't covered in the other questions, you may write them here:
I hope that crunchyroll do not only upload Korean dramas, I hope that Japanese and Taiwanese dramas are available here too. And how I wish that all animes can be available to all regions since it is so hard to see an anime that is very tempting to watch then it says that I can't watch it because of that.
