They have three English otome games that I like.

Memoirs of an Angel - Fantasy visual novel with some game play like buying item to boost stats

Heartstring Bugs - Still in the middle of playing, very Tokimeki Memorial style

Magical Diary - More open ended, be a wizard with options to build relationships, romances and rivalries

I've played reAllistair, this online one called Kaleidoscope (http://www.dressupgamesjr.com/kal2), and another online one called MyCandyLove.

I haven't tried any other downloadable one since there is so much effort to find direct, simple and virus-free otome games to download.

The Second Reproduction is fan-translated otome game so you can play it in english ^^ (Japanese voiced). The game shut down (unfortunately) so you can download the full game legally.

The Pyrite Heart, It's completely free! There's a voiced version available too :)

Starry Sky in Spring. It has an english patch but it didn't work for me _ _ |||

Re: Alistair++. I'm pretty sure that you played this already but If you don't. Try it, It's worth the time :)

Rei is a short otome game. Give it a try. It has a great art and plot so I think you'll like it^^
