depending on whether he/she chooses truth or dare.
The person below will get to fulfill the dare, or to answer the question truthfully.
Example:
Person 1: Dare.
Person 2: Scream "I Love you" to the next person you see. Truth.
Person 3: Have you ever drank sour milk? Truth.
Person 4: No. Have you ever cheated in a test? Dare.
Person 5: Nope. Hop around your house on one foot. Dare.
And it goes on like that ;D
