do you think facial expressions result to emotions?
or emotions result to facial expressions?

ex: which is likely~~-you are happy because you smile or you smile because you are happy?

personally...it's more on my facial expressions are results of my emotions...like i usually smile everytime i see things that delights me..i seldom smile just because i think it will make me happy.

Emotions and outside occurring events are what trigger your facial expressions

It's your emotions that lead to your facial expression. Usually "real" expressions happen subconsciously. Well you're thinking of something happy, you could be smiling and not even realize it.

Too much of a versus/or thread. Start a poll for this instead.

Facial expressions are result of emotions though =]
