the first 3 can only copy right

which is ameteresu

Ameteresu is an ability which is based off of Itachi's and Sasuke's Sharingan only reason Sasuke can use it is because Itachi gave it to him each Mangekyou gives something different for abilities like Kakashi can warp space around a target and Madera can warp space around him the 1st three are the base versions which gives the ninja the ability to perdict the opponents movement, copy there Jutsu and place them into a sluggish state under a genjutsu effect. 1 swirl gives the ability to copy the 2nd the perdicting ability, and 3rd the ability to cast a genjustu effect at mere sight, each Mangekyou has it's own effects that is only useable to that version of the Mangekyou so none of the other Sharingan users can use Kakashi's ability that he possess with his Mangekyou, Sasuke can use the effects of Itachi's since Itachi gave it to him as a parting gift before dying. So i really can't go into detail about what each Sharingan can do when it comes to the Mangekyou since the only ones i have seen used was Sasuke's, Itachi's, and Kakashi's, so we don't know what Madera can do with his. It is thought that each Uchiha Mangekyou has the Ameteresu but Madera is never shown using it.

Oh and also If you didnt Know sasuke Can also Extinguish Amaterasu (Witch is supposed to be In-extinguishable) he finds This out when he Fights Eight tails a.k.a Killer Bee, He uses The Amaterasu to defeat him, But while hes doing this he accidentally Hits Karin with the Flames, He Points His mangekyo at it and notices he can Put them out,but they can Only be Put out By The Users eye,This All Happens in Volume 45 Number 415:New Powers
