i personally couldn't do it. I'd rather die. My dignity would be thrown out the window... as for others who can do that with their dignity still intact, more power to them.

One of my teachers worked for Hooters, and I heard that she still does, part-time.

I knew someone who was a stripper. Even though she was getting money life was hell to her. I wish people would look up the real reality of strippers, some of them go through shit you couldn't even imagine.

I wouldn't do it, but good luck to those who do.

Hooters girls aren't strippers lmao.

Ah, woops should've edited. She claimed to work at Hooters, but someone's dad saw her in, 'those' places, and she was dressed for it.
We had quite a debate in class, because she looks as if she can be a stripper ( in a compliment type of way ).

My bad.

Nothing ashame of being a stripper or even a hooker. At the end of the day, it's all part of business.

Anything that involves a women wearing less than she does on a daily basis is profitable.

Why can't I make money that fast? I don't wanna be a drug dealer

Being a stripper isn't really a bad thing. you usually make more than a decent amount. if your only doing it to pay for college and bills than its alright it much easier and pays more than working at a fastfood joint, theres nothing wrong with working at a fastfood joint I'm just using it as an example, its what happens after you finish college that makes thing different. Some strippers decide that they want to expand their repertoire and go even further than stripping and into porn. I'd go into talking about porn but thats sort of off topic.

Now most of the posts here are talking about female strippers but you forget, or wish not to think about, male strippers. Now I don't know whether male strippers use a pole or not or whether they make more, less, or the same amout that female strippers do. The adult entertainment industry will probably never die out as long as there are people in need of a job.

Hmm that's only if you'd be desperate, right? I mean, I couldn't degrade myself by parading around like eye candy for men to hoot and look at.

I don't see how being a stripper is degrading. That is pretty insulting to the women who do it. It makes you sound like you put yourself above them. If you were "desperate" enough to do it you would be lowering yourself to a level beneath you. They get paid a lot of money, my friend who stripped on her first night got 200 dollars for a few hours at night. Do you get paid 200 dollars for a few hours of your time in tips a lone? I don't see whats so low about that. And, walking down the street you can get hoot and looked at. Maybe not naked, but they can be horrible rude, and there is no bouncer in the real world. At least strippers are smart enough to get paid for it.

ShroomInferno,

I have been a San Francisco Strip club hobbyist on and off for nearly a decade. I have posted on the ultimate website (RB) dedicated to San Francisco Strip clubs and other genres of the sex industry. Here are links to my reviews on the most revered Strip clubs in San Fran, as well some links of my commentary on the Myredbook website (Eddie_aka_Elvis).

Upon extensive perusal of the links below, one not need to further question my credibility regarding this hobby. I also have personal acquaintances with women in various sex occupations (i.e. escorts, massage, etc) and have deduced that a vast majority of them are air-headed drug addicts without 2 brain cells to rub.

Now stop displaying your ignorance and be quiet!

it's a job.....as long as it puts money on the table it's not that big of a deal....if one had a choice of no money or stripping for loads of cash for somewhat minimal effort ( last time i went ) ...what would be the choice ? In this day and age you take what you get...right ?
