Hatsune Mix

Yesterday I read a manga called Hatsune mix, it looked interesting.
When I started reading it, i didn't understand what vocaloid means and I had no idea who or what is Hatchune miku she looks so much like Hatsune miku  . Can someone explain this to me .I don't understand almost everything!  |

I'm not sure if I'm right, but Vocaloid is a singing synthesizer application software developed by the Yamaha Corporation that enables users to synthesize singing by just typing in lyrics and melody. I'm pretty sure her name is spelt H-A-T-S-U-N-E M-I-K-U. Not "Hatchune Miku" Long story short, I think the story is based on the first character in the Vocaloid Character Voice Series named Miku Hatsune. Hatsune Miku is the first installment in the Vocaloid2 Character Vocal Series. |

obout Hatchune Miku Hatchune Miku is actually someone else she looks smaller than the main character , she looks like a mini self of her i still have no idea who or what is Hatchune miku the girl who looks like Hatsune Miku makes me confused |

lol i also read hatsune mix.
basically it's a manga based on the popular software VOCALOID like what maverick said. hatchune miku is just a minor character in one of the earliest chap. if im not mistaken hatchune miku is a robot from nowhere and then hatsune miku had to fight her or something [by being a gigantic mode] hatchune miku was only drawn in the chap to add humour i guess she's not a major character from VOCALOID since she's an OC by the artist of the manga.you might wanna browse wiki if ur still confused. just type VOCALOID or something so you cud at least have a clue what or who is hatsune miku :D |

vocaloid is a computer software were you type in the lyrics and (who ever's voice it is ) will sing it.
there are about 11 japanese vocaloids(and many fan made vocaloids ) but hatsune mix only focuses on the ones released from cyrpton ( miku is the most popular one).  from left to right: meiko,kaito,kagamine len,kagamine rin, megurine luka and hatsune miku. anyway hachune miku is just a fanmade version of hatsune miku. so i guess you could say they are different people. oh and just in case you dont know. each vocaloid has a character item. miku-negi (leek) rin-orange or road roller len-banana meiko-sake kaito-ice cream luka-tuna and for any future refeences of vocaloid you may see here are the other vocaloids character items gumi-carrot gakupo-eggplant haku(fanmade)-sake neru(fanmade)-cell phone miki- most likely cherry kiyoteru-undecided yuki-undecided |

Vocaloid is a synthesizer whereas you type in lyrics and melody and whatever program you have (Miku, Rin and Len, Luka,etc.) they sing.
Miku Hatsune is the first of the Vocaloid2 series and was released August 31, 2007. Rin and Len Kagamine are the second of the Vocaloid2 series and were released December 27, 2007. Luka Megurine is the third of the Vocaloid2 series and was released January 31, 2009.
