Here is something that is a bit nostalgic. Pokemon.com has revamped its site and is now streaming old episodes from the first season.
After watching the first episode, I am reminded of just how old I am. There is a bit bitterness but some solace there.

I know what you mean. I've experienced it before. I felt like I was suddenly being sucked into the "time of naivety", which is when I started watching anime.

I made a similiar list on the PlayStation.com forums here (Yes my PlayStation Network online ID is Videogameaddict2). http://boardsus.playstation.com/t5/Anime-Discussion/Legal-anime-streaming-sites-and-where-to-download-LEGALLY/m-p/45475985 I need to sometime edit my second post in that thread from more stuff to less stuff. Your list is more detailed. I really like legal anime streaming as you get to support the industry more than just watching the stuff on TV and buying the DVDs. It helps when you're a teenager who doesn't have the money and or patience to buy those anime box sets.

Quite clearly not legal.

If that had been a link, it would have been a clear violation of forum rules. Even as is, if a moderator sees it, it will likely be deleted, which is why I removed the site name from the quote.

You have a good list there. Thanks for sharing. Keep it up! BTW, it's safe to remove Shodojo.... FUNi decided they didn't like that name.

I remember seeing that some time ago. Thanks for pointing it out!

4Kids has a new site where they are just embedding stuff from Hulu but who knows if they'll be doing anything worthwhile in the future.

I noticed there was an announcement in the forum at The Anime Network that they have decided to start making some series available on Hulu.

Apparently for the time being, however, these will be the same ones that free subscribers can view on their site. When it was pointed out that one series made available on Hulu included episodes available only to paid subscribers on the TAN site, they changed the episodes on TAN to be available to free subscribers.

This is not the only instance of a user compiling a list of legal sources online. Many similar attempts have been made on other sites and forums. So I am not alone.

BTW, this thread is a continuation from the original that has plenty of hidden goodies in it as well from contributors. This list is not perfect nor complete, but it is still a nice reference.

Thanks for reviving the list.

Also, I would like to know the other sites and forum that has such an extensive list.
I think that this is one of the more completed list out there.

Yeah, per another CR user's recommendation via pm, I added a link to that thread on my main post in the last update. I don't know how chronoclast keeps doing it. That's one daunting task. I commend his efforts. Zendude originally tried to do that with this forum, but gave up and I don't have any desire to resume such work when chronoclast is already doing such a great job.
