I know exactly what you mean, but it's really out of your control. It's like a biological reflex that stems from the body's detection of things it doesn't like. It explains why with some people, you feel happy and talkative and others are just sort of there. Those others feel weird and unapproachable because they emit something your cells don't like, and that makes them angry at the other body which can lead to feeling withdrawn or cause you to think mean and sad thoughts in their presence. These little things that the body does effects a number of social things like getting a job or making new friends, so even if your head likes someone, your body will be all like "Hey, I don't like this person. Stay away!"

There's always a reason for me disliking someone. I would never dislike someone for no reason, but that's just me haha. I wouldn't say I hate anyone, though, a couple people have come close

Yeah and I hate it. One time when we was at a wrestling tournament this dude was in my weight class and he was just walking and talking like he was going to win. Maybe I just hate anyone in my weight class, but I wanted to beat this dude and punch him in the face. I didn't even know his name...............Good to see other people like me, I thought I was just a hateful person.

Yes, but it's not for no reason though the reason is almost always superficial and petty. Last night, I saw some guy wearing aviators inside, instant dislike.

It happens now and again, but its such a weird feeling! I don't want to be hateful for no reason but its like why does this person's everything just bother me so much?!

From my experience, there's always been some reason. Sometimes, it's just prejudice and preconceived notions.

No. I always have a reason. Everyone starts with a clean slate. You have to earn my hatred. Fair as I can be.

I first sense their aura of unlikable-ness. But I try to get to know them when I get the chance to confirm their aura. Sometimes my senses are wrong, sometimes it's right.

No. There's always a reason to dislike someone, it could they way they look at me, the way they talk etc. If the person is a stranger, I just don't care and I usually am in my own world when I'm outside by myself that I don't notice nothing or anyone.

To the OP, the reason why you disliked your sister's best friend was because you could feel she was being fake. I feel this way when certain people talk to me all nice with smiles and flattery but deep down I can see they don't care about you or are hypocrites. That's why when I meet someone I'm very serious (courteous but serious) I'd never be friendly with someone I just met because I know nothing about them. I usually open up to them when we have many years of knowing each other (that's why I have just like a couple of people I consider like real friends and the rest are just people I talk from time to time but I'd not care if I don't see them again).

Let me say that I am quick to judge, and most of us are. We judge on what we see, hear, touch, feel, and smell. There is something I don't like, and there is a reason for why I don't like what I don't like. So if someone who I've never met before, and that person triggers or resembles the person I don't like, then I automatically judge her as the same person and dislike her, simply for the fact that she looks for acts like the person I hate, even though there is nothing wrong with that person.
