So much better acting than Twilight. Also, the vampire brothers are much more attractive than Edward Cullen. I had a good laugh when Damon was reading the Twilight novel and asked something along the lines of, "What's so important about Bella?" I really admire the old-fashion outfits that Katherine wears. Caroline's personality grew on me; after turning into a vamp, she became a really awesome, badass character.
VD came out way before Twilight did. Do the research if you don't believe.
Kirsten Stewart played better as Joan Jet in The Runaways.
