Haha, well, this is probably lame but... I'm interested on how you guys find out the existance of Gintama? Well, before Gintama, I was a big fan of Hetalia (funny anime---watch it).
One day, I stumple upon a parody video of Gintama while searching for Hetalia stuff on YouTube. You know, the part where they act all serious about some beef soup and making fun of Death Note... yeah, but it was played by Hetalia characters. I was deeply amuse by that and reading through the comments to see which anime are they parody off of... and woah la!
The day I discover the world of Gintama changes my life drastically and I finish watch the entire series in 2 weeks! Gintama rocks!

I was just looking through crunchyroll for some new anime to watch. And stumbled upon Gintama Episode 65 - "Rhinoceros Beetles Teach Boys that Life is Precious". That day I wasnt in a jolly good mood but after 24 mins. I was laughing so hard I almost peed my pants. My sister came in wondering what the was. I showed her the episode and we both were cracking about it. It brings back memories... LMAO |

I originally came to crunchyroll only to watch Aoihana. I saw that this show was really popular - almost as popular as Naruto Shippuden - and wanted to see what the fuss was about. The rest is history.

hahaha, it's the first anime I've watched ever, and the most favourite ever still!!
well...went to a friend's house and she showed it to me (ep18 - underwear thief and ep 28? - virgo must die!) and it cracked me up totally..she kept rewinding it to the point when sachan sticks a knife into kondo's ass..and yea it went on repeat I couldn't catch my breath and it hurts a damn lot.
Yup, two weeks after that I sat bored at home, so I decided to sign up in crunchyroll "Hmm...which anime was it that she showed me? is it Gintama or Kintama?" - a0nd I was glad I chose the former...
Hurr and after that I got hopelessly devoted to Gintama (and Katsura!) so yea...I end up like this hahahahahaha |

i was just randomly searching for funny videos on youtube when i came across gintama. i saw the clip of a gintama episode where everybody was trying to buy an adult book the "ninja" way. i laughed so hard that i had to start watching the anime. once again, i thank youtube for introducing me to another awesome anime
