After I read through the entire manga in 2 days I was unsatisfied because they were still in the future arc with no hope of getting out of there anytime soon. So I looked for a new jump-manga to read and found Gintama. I started reading it and (after I realized that I had tried to read it years ago and was impossibly bored by the first few pages, that I dropped it then) well... I found it a bit boring. But really, I learned from quite a few mangas to just cuntinue reading because they will keep on getting better after some time I needed the rest of my vacations (5 1/2 weeks) to finish it. Sometimes the chapters are so boring one does not want to read on... But somehow I am still on it and it somehow became my favourite manga (& anime). So basically I found Gintama because I was bored enough to read the first pages of the manga. And I'm glad I did!

THen I started seeing fansubs of Gintama in 2006-2007.I remember seeing this wacky anime when Gintoki was chased and cornered by a bunch of samurai men and him posing bad ass ,holding his bokken as if ready to draw it and fight but only to say "Just KIdding"and ran away ... and I said what the ..this character is silly , this is my kind of comedy and so I couldn't stop laughing as I watched the rest of that episode. To tell you the truth, sometimes it was too wacky that I couldn't bear to watch it , so I just kept an eye on it all throughout the years , watching episodes here and there until Crunchy started streaming it. I also was one of the very first cosplayer for Gintama around my city . THank you Crunchy... I support you guys all the way

It was really funny so i looked at another video from Gintama that said (Gintama) Harleeyy Daviddsooonn. Thats when i just had to look at this anime.

I had just finished Ichigo 100% and I was literally sick of ecchi anime. So I did some searching. Before Crunchyroll made a partnership with TV Tokyo I was browsing the anime series page and I came across a picture of Gintoki.
