Well I don't like GMA because it always copies ABS-CBN's trends in shows. Like the first time ABS-CBN aired Korean telenovelas. After a few weeks, GMA started airing some too. And then, they claimed that their station was the first to air the korean telenovelas. I know it's keeping up with the trends but that's just wrong.
GMA once was the number choice for local people to watch anime but now HeroTV takes that spot. HeroTV is run by ABS-CBN and it acquired anime from local television networks (and their own also) for the new channel.
as far as i know GMA started Kdramas...they showed Kdramas at the height of F4mania..
if i'm right...its either BEAUTIFUL DAYS or BRIGHT GIRL...
i know...because i watched these shows...it's around 2:30PM by then...
its no copying, its competition...

yeah, i hate kris... she sucks... Edu is a better host than her, Game Ka Na Ba is more lively with him as the host. GKNB sucks when the host was kris... but to compare i duno, anyways did someone picked QTV or Studio 23?
GMA 7s documentary seems to be good where it was awarded at the New York blah blah. it was aired this evening at 8:00PM(Cebu Time).

hmm.. i favored gma when i was a kid 'cause they aired many anime during that time. [a~ nube-sensei, recca, mosqui~, tiger~ van-samaa~ XD] up to now, though there aren't much anime anymore, i still favor it. dunno why. maybe 'cos i don't like the dramas in abs or maybe because i like the fact that even though there are many talents in gma, they can still be seen under the spotlight.

Whoops.
Actually, i find it weird to discover something like this. I didn't know the feud between the two leading networks in the Philippines would be discussed in this website
Neither is the best station for me so far, Both of them are overrated and are using their power to make something with no basis level with the most important issues of the country, which I think is the most important.
I would absolutely love the media if they would actually stop messing with the minds of the people. I have noticed those two networks absolutely support each political group in the country. For more money? I do not know. =.=

my vote goes to ABS-CBN...they have quality shows with actors and actresses that CAN ACT...unlike other stations who just puts anybody with good looks which turns out to be PATHETIC ACTORS...and there teleserye is sooo baduy, it makes me vomit just watching all that corny stuff...but oh well to each his own... |
