For tomboys: What do you wear for proms? And is it weird to wear jeans for prom?

So yeah while it's not allowed, it doesn't stay not allowed for very long if you bring it up, and if denied, make a very big fuss about it.

I've heard one prom story from a friend where boys are all wearing female outfits while the girls wear male outfits. I find it weird but hey, it's really cool. I wish that my High School Prom was like that
