Im a gaming addict and Halo 3

1st Reason: Modding lolz. Easy to mod and you can do a lot of fun things with it =). Heck you can make it download videos if you know how =D (just don't go on live though or they murder you for modifying the firmware lol).

2nd Reason: Cheap affordable games. I bought Blue Dragon for like $9 and it is a fun RPG (3 disks lol. The disks cost more than the game). I also got Halo 3 and Gears of War 2 for $14.99 during the boxing week season and $24.99 for Fallout 3 and Oblivion complete editions (with artwork and dlc).

3rd Reason: For the most latest games that are out of my budget (i don't want to spend $69.99 which is way too much). So get a pack of DVD+DL disks and you can burn them (modded with ixtreme LT). They are like 1/5 the price of blank bluerays for ps3. Only problem is you don't get any nice artwork or addons with the games (i am a sucker for artwork)

EDIT: It was totally worth it. If i spent that $69 on Dark Void rather than burning it, I probably would have cried and bleed my eyes out.

I'd say I got mine beacuse of Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2.
Also, adding onto that, beacuse I am a game addict.

for me it was going over to my friends house and playing halo3

it sounded realy cool to have one so i bought it <.<

The exclusive games and knowing better things like Halo 3, Tekken 6 and FF13 were to come out on it soon just made me want to buy it over the PS3.

I also got a Wii to have more of a variety of games (i'm talking about it's family/multiplayer games) seeing how the 360 imo same but better than the PS3.

It's look so cool. 8D And i just wuv all games so i buy type all.. xD

The games that the system was getting was my reason for purchasing it back in July 2006.

My reason is that my friends had halo 3 then i played it and it kicked butt so it made me get it.

I got xbox 360 mainly for halo and gears of war. another reason is because i was a nintendo person i couldnt get use to the play station controller

i got my 360 back in june of 2009...i wanted it cuz my newest console before that was a wii (which i didnt want) and i saw how many great games there was for it..

Yep Halo 3 for me, and I was the first and only one for a while amongst my friends to have a Xbox 360, so every one played mine, eventually lead to them buying there own so now it's my fault my friends all have 360's now too lol.

my ex broke into my house and stoled my cam (it was a $400 cam) and so i took his xbox 360 and his games =p i have halo 3 but i dont like it so im trying to find some1 to buy or trade with

Yup, I got a $400 console for just one game. And I ended up loving it and it's once of my most loved series ever. <3
