Me too! I get travel sickness, never throw up or anything, just feel sick or dizzy. Especially in cars, planes and boats. (not so much on trains and buses, idk why...)
Anyway...you can get travel sickness tablets (although I wouldn't recommend it for every trip, just for the long or difficult ones eg. boat, plane) or just open a window if you're in a car. Chew gum or listen to music (the music tends to distract me)
Don't read or play games (basically any activity where you're concentrating on one thing) and if you're looking out a window, look at distant things that move slowly, not at other cars or trees that are moving fast. These things just make you feel worse!
