My favorite female character in a Seinen anime would have to be Yuuko from xxxholic


and also Revy from Black Lagoon

No Shonen is for boys, young boys, which is why titles that are Shonen like Naruto has no real deep plot or storyline and the books and anime are driven by the action

Seinen is for men 18-30 years old. And have a deeper plot and deals with more mature storylines. Your talking about Shojo for girls and Josei for 18-30 year old women

Seinen are manga and anime geared for men of 18-30 years old. Opposite of that is Josei which are manga and anime for women of comparable ages

Shōnen: intended for boys
Shōjo: intended for girls
Josei: intended for adult women
Kodomo: intended for children

Rosario + Vampire unfortunally is a Shonen. It was originally in Shonen Jump before moving to it's own manga
