as for nexon they really could do more to fix the issues they have (especially customer service its so bad).

I've played on both Nexon Korea's and America's servers (Yay for being a Hanguk Saram!) and while the ingame presence from GM's in both games are a bit lacking, the GM's for Korean MapleStory were pretty fun to chat with. As for customer service, the Korean side was much faster and more "reliable" in giving you a fair response (Note that this was three years ago so I can't tell now. I believe it's still the same though) Love having whole maps and bosses to myself too (Since most of the time you're on, they're sleeping over there :3)

For Nexon America, I used to play Vindictus, Mabinogi, BnB, Kart Riders, MapleStory iTCG, Dungeon Fighter Online, Audition, Atlantica (though moreso with ijji), and Maplestory.
Still have those spammers, players who Play/type-like-an-8-year-old, Angsty teenagers/young "adults", ragekickers, QQ'ers, racists, and more.
Crowded maps are always a pain to deal with. Dislike immature people who ignore a polite request to change channel or kill-steal.
Yes, gold/nx spammers are a pain to deal with. I don't see as many now on Dragon Nest than during CBT/first weeks of OBT though that could be because I moved to a different time zone or Nexon could have cleaned up the place a bit.
I've noticed less hackers on Combat Arms too. The servers seem more buggier though (time outs and whatnot) though I'm enjoying it a lot more now.
Customer Service is, like many of you said already, basically dead. The last time I dealt with them was during the Halloween event for Vindictus (an error in the game prevented me from recieving a title). They responded like a month(?) later with a "Sorry" along with 10$ worth of NX. It's nice though I would rather have gotten the title.
Forums are something I avoid considering that it's pretty bad compared to other forums (though you do get more interaction with the admins there than in the game, at least with -Hime-)
Events are so-so. Still waiting on that Combat Arms NutShot T-Shirt I won from the video contest. Not holding onto hope though.

Overall Opinion: Little to no Hate from me these last few weeks for ingame play (CA and DN)

Don't like the company. Extremely bad customer support. But some of their games are good.

I second that; when submitting support tickets they closed the ticket before I could explain further details... I had to send in a ticket 4 times for them to address my issue.

They are also not very helpful when it comes to restoring hacked accounts.

I was with MapleStory since the beginning. The service in the beginning was AMAZING. Then Nexon took control of Wizet, the game sucks, so many glitches, hackers, overall it fails.

Well I read the first page, and I guess Nexon is only known for Maple Story when they have other and better games..

Personally, great games, brilliant that they brought to us and maintained for FREE!!! My big problem is that every Nexon game I've ever installed seems to come packaged with extra cruddy programs that clog up your computer/bandwidth and are of no actual use to me. If it wasn't for these I would love Nexon, unfortunately my vote hits Dislike (not quite bad enough to hate :P).

Bad customer service. I had played Mabinogi for a good number of years until winter of last year when players started hacking and messing up the in-game economy.

i love the rpg aspect of maplestory but quit a while ago. i always quit and comeback but this time i quit for sure xD. i mostly game on my ps3 or ds but im still looking for an rpg game with similar elements to what maple story has.

Nexon......what can I say about Nexon.

I waited eight months to receive a reply from their customer service. By that time, I had already long quitted the game I was playing.
