There's plenty of topics out there debating which MMO is the best but I haven't seen any of people ranting about particular games they play- Here goes...

1) Final Fantasy XI - super time sink, takes forever to level a job, terrible at listening to player opinions, bad customer service, too much competition for good items, expensive monthly fee.

2) Ragnarok Online - Gets repetitive after awhile, seems like endless leveling as they keep adding new transcending jobs, overall gets pretty old with all the new 3D MMO's out there, Ex is a hardcore player logging on is a scary thought....

3) Dragonica Online- Haven't played it yet but there's so many ads about it on this site, yet open-beta isn't even released yet. There's no feasible way to play this at the moment as closed-beta is either taken down at the moment or there's no room.

No but I've heard from friends who have played the beta. Apparently one person kept jumping at the side of a mountain and eventually made it over or something like that. Sounded entertaining Image

Gunbound when I played it at first time I like it cause of the cute character and I spent money for their item but I realized that it wasn't fun at all, the games seemed redundant until I finally got bored and totally leave the game.

Tales of Pirates- Cute characters and I love the illegal logging(afk activity) but I don't play that much

Gods war- I played this game for a while seems nice and fun..

Luminary Online- Community based game, the focused is in political-economic system of the game. has a good and unique game system.
the player has a chance to rule the server(most exciting part). I am currently playing this game and I'm about to run for the Goonzu(president in rl) for the season 10th. The whole game package is excellent for me^^

Atlantica Online-one of the latest and hottest game today and has a very good game feature. and it's 3D type.. nice game to play.

+1

anyways:

WoW: Biggest Time sink known to man. Fun but gets boring, so you quit and whatever next game you try will fail and you will come back... Shame most players are jerks and the amount of 80's in decent gear that still suck is amazing.

DDO: Best combat for an MMO hands down. Free to play now also. Really creates a good DnD experience. Dungeons are great and every party member is needed.

Runescape: Fun when I was 13, complete joke now.

Aion: Pretty? Yes. Fun? No. Redefines the word "grind" (in a bad way), spam bots all over, Reg. Bots abound, Lag issues, Unbalanced PvP, snobbish community.

WoW - Almost everybody has played it, or at least watched someone play.
The first 20 - 30 levels are great, fun exciting tons of events and quests
Brand new lands and weapons. Then it becomes boring.
The slow climb to the top until you can raid like the high levels

Maple Story - Very cute but pretty much the same thing..

Wonderland Online This game is absolutely adorable, it's got the same giant gap between high and low levels
But being able to level up to 200 makes it kind of obvious why. The quests however never become boring.
And almost always presents you with a new companion human or animal. It allows you to explore different pats of the world
(Rome, China, Egypt) Adorable animation and beautifully drawn cut scenes.
The only problem is.. it takes days of straight fighting to level up high enough to do cool things.
Luckily it comes with it's own in-game botting system.

I think the leveling aspect in MMOs is what makes them so boring.
All MMOs should be designed with and LOZ or Fable 2 layout.
Where you learn stuff, become stronger but there aren't actually levels involved.
