Basically what makes you continue watching the anime you like even though you know whats going to happen in the end this almost always apply on every romance/harem anime's .

Well I guess it's because I like it first off.
I want to see it in action instead of just knowing it in my head.
i am on a mission to finish the anime! (Even if I heard spoilers or predict what's going to happen)

Hmm...thatd probably be the comical parts that usually come with romance animes.

i second that. Cause when you go in watching a typical anime of the genre (like romance/harem animes), you have a general idea that its a happy ending and then BAM! , theres alot different things happening and unexpected events (ex: Higurashi, School Days, and etc). plus each anime is unique in its own way. The characters are always changing, different flavors in the plot, and theres always something new to see (ex: Seto No Hayanome -> mermaids, Kaibetsu Oujo -> demons, vampires, and monsters of all sorts, Bleach -> shinigamis are not beasts)

It would be the Art, then the plot of course...like in Angelic Layer, you knew what was gonna happen since the opening animation kinda gave it away along with the first episode, but I just like watching the Climb to the end.

I can't say anything does. The moment it becomes a cliche, I drop it. :/

The reason I watch any program is not solely for its plot twists but for the character interactions and how they are getting to the final destination that can keep me entertained as the journey with its sites and sounds can be fun even if the destination has been finalized in your mind.

I like getting satisfaction from finishing an anime, no matter how predictable. That's why I'm watching Shugo Chara again...
