The girl in the poster from the link looks a lot like Ai Enma, but I rather doubt its her. I mean, her loved ones were freed and her soul was released from serving as Jigoku Shoujo.
What I hope is that Mamiko Noto would voice the new one, to keep the Jigoku in our hearts aflame (that didn't sound right, but yeah).

Ehhhh???!! didn't Enma Ai died on the 2nd season???( oh yea she's dead already...u know what i mean..)
don't tell me that spooky Kikuri kid's gonna be the next hell girl?? she's not as pretty as Ai..isn't she the spider??? heeyy...how bout the girl in season one?? Tsugumi was it?? (maybe not..not angsty enough!!) will wanyoudo, hone onna and ichimoku ren be there?? coz they're primarily ai's companion/servants?...hopefully we'll get to see more of Ichimoku Ren....heheh

they already finished the story about Enma Ai's past, she died in season 2?yes i think.... but she's already dead... I wanna see more about kikuri and the spider
