Assuming you are referring to the original Lord of the Flies, I definitely would have it on my list (the remake was TERRIBLE). Also, which Les Miserables film are you referring to? There have been several.

As for my list, off the top of my head,

Yojimbo
Sanjuro
The Empire Strikes Back (I think it had the best lightsaber battle of any of the films)
Alien
Barry Lyndon
Five Easy Pieces
Amadeus
Gojira
The Muppets Take Manhattan
Star Trek II: the Wrath of Khan (KHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!)
SLC Punk!
Wizards
The Lord of the Rings (Ralph Bakshi version)
American Pop
Pocket Ninjas (because it's sooo bad, it's good)
Das Boot
Some Like it Hot
Volver (just saw it, and loved it)

I didn't really like Peter Jackson's LOTR trilogy that much; I thought they went downhill from the first one (which was partially copied from Bakshi's film).

V for Vendetta was alright even though it strayed a little from the author's philosophy.

You liked the Bakshi version? I grew up with it so I have soft spot for it, but in hindsight I really don't care for it. Come to notice, you have quite a bit Bakshi on your list...

Overall I love the Jackson version, but I can certainly see where Tolkien fans may not care for it due to liberties that Jackson took. Personally, I feel most of his changes were either necessary or excusable in order to translate the book to film. I can only imagine the horror of Tom Bombadil running rampant on screen singing. Only thing I really didn't care for that should have been improved was Arwen... particularly her casting. All said and done, I don't think I could have hoped for a better adaptation of LOTR.

favs..:
The Last Samurai (Tom Cruise's best roll)
Memoirs of a Geisha (It was pretty much like a well funded romance show/anime)
Battle Royal (so awsome)
This is Spinal Tap (yet again...so awsome)
Eraserhead (so wierd its awsome)
2001: A Space Oddyssey (long live Kubric's legacy)
NANA (i saw the movie before the anime series, i thought it was neat)
A Clockwork Orange (i'd like to beat someone up while singing "im singing in the rain" too)
Fearless (Jet Li's best roll, [i dont think he's really 42] along with a good storyline)
The Saw Series ( hollywood needs more grotesque gore)
And anything with Chuck Norris, Chuck rocks...

and just for the hell of it...anything Miyazaki does is genius.
