One that makes my list? Easily Fuu from Samurai Champloo. Her whole life is just a giant ball of stupidity. Hey, I wanna find my long lost dad and punch him. Hey, I'm gonna go on a trip with 2 master swordsmen who could rape me at any moment. Hey, I'm gonna get captured every episode. Hey, I''m gonna be useless today. Thats all I think when I see her.

While the Clannad girls are pretty dumb, I dont think any of them hold a candle to Fuu. besides, they can be dumb since they are so damn cute.

Ohh yeah, and the main Character of K-On. I forget her name. The one that cant play one instrument. She is also annoyingly stupid. But, like the Clannad girls, she is at least somewhat cute (but much dumber).

Then in R2 she goes into an empty mall with a suspected terrorist in it. She also did other retarded things, but these stood out the most.
