What would you do if you were Tsunade?

She had to make a tough choice between healing Orochimaru's arms and saving her two most beloved people, or become the fifth kage of a village filled with sad memories. In the end she sacrificed her own self-happiness and chose to be hokage of Konoha. What would you do if in her position? I dunno what I'd do. Probably would agree to sacrifice two people and heal Orochimaru's arms but in the last minute disagree and set the two people free.
