In Wikipedia:
-An animated film of the "Unlimited Blade Works" scenario from the visual novel will be produced by Studio Deen to be released throughout Japanese theaters on January 23, 2010. The staff from the anime television series return for work on the film, including the director Yuji Yamaguchi, and the voice cast.

In Anime News Network:
-The September issue of Kadokawa Shoten's Newtype magazine will confirm on Monday that the Fate/stay night film will be an entirely new work covering the Unlimited Blade Works storyline from Type-Moon's game franchise. A teaser website already revealed the film's existence and indicated that it will cover that storyline. The film will open in Tokyo's Cinema Sunshine Ikebukuro and at least 11 other theaters throughout Japan on January 23, 2010.

Last September, Funimation released a Fate/stay night anime series box as one of its first anime DVDs from its distribution deal with Geneon Entertainment. Geneon Entertainment had ceased in-house distribution of its own titles in 2007. Tokyopop has been publishing Datto Nishiwaki's manga version in North America since last October

I have some other questions regarding here
-Is this an anime but film or some people would animate the Fate/Stay Night "UBW"?
-Are Shirou and Rin will be lovers in this film or not?
-And also is this only ONE film of Fate/Stay Night "UBW"? OMG too bad it is not a TV series

Yea, apparently Shirou and Rin are lovers instead of it being Saber, (which isnt what i want )
It would be awesome if they added the last episode (from the game?) to the ending of the movie instead of it being with Rin....:

The last episode starts with a grassy field in where Shirō (most likely deceased) finds himself in what seemed to be Avalon. As he is wondering where he had landed, he was soon greeted by Saber who takes him onto the heavenly field of Avalon. The two are assumed to have taken the rest of eternity with each other. The symbolism of the last episode is very open as it was brief and had no back story to it. Though generally believed to be the ending of the Fate scenario, it can also act as the true ending for any scenario as Saber returns in all scenarios. It is only available in Realta-Nua

I would be very pleased with this ending, since i was not fully happy with the series ending i wanted them to be together..
