For me it was Final Fantasy XIII.
The game looked awesome but the mechanics were way off and it just wasn't fun to play.
Final Fantasy Versus XIII looks good, I just hope the combat system is more involved. Fingers crossed.

Operation Flashpoint Dragon Rising. I dont know if it was me but i spent about 15 minutes continuously dying so traded it the next day.
Also Tomb Raider Underworld was a massive let down. I like the Tomb Raider games but hated this one
