i thought ODST was rather good. killer story and hud additions. waaaay better than halo 3 campaign.
I wish they would have expanded the story a bit.
and I need my BR the carbine just doesn't do it for me.

I can't see how anyone would say ODST had a good story. Literally nothing happened. They did their drop, got separated, the rookie searched for the people, found them, found out they had to escort a completely random alien, and then left.
In it's defense i was slightly distracted since i was playing co-op with a friend of mine and it made it harder to focus on story. And also a few parts involving the other team mates were interesting. But other than that it seemed weak to me. -shrug- fun to play for a bit, but not a buy.

ODST was a great game..ok so the story left much to be desired, and you could not longer dual-wield, and your heal wasn't regenerative, and there was no Plasma Sword and etc..wow thats alot..but anyway it was cool I liked paying as Buck...he kicked ass..Romeo was bad neither..just messed up that they didn't "really" look for The Rookie...he just happened to be there at the end..
