The kiss is easy to explain, given what we know about Sho's personality. He was marking his territory in front of a challenging male. These guys are young and Sho want's Ren's territory. Sho thinks, and has always thought, that Kyoko is his possession. He was just making absolutely sure Ren knew.
There's also that he wanted to cement his place in Kyoko's heart. But that isn't all. Sho is amazingly good at accomplishing multiple goals with one action. He did it before as well and of course his singing career and dealing with Vie Goul. Sho may be a selfish bastard, but he isn't stupid and he uses his emotions for him, something Ren has trouble with.

I'll try to explain as best as I can ^-^
Since Kyoko was blushing really hard after saying it's none of Shou's business whether she got something other than chocolates for Ren, he probably realized that he was slowly losing place in her heart and wanted to renew her hatred for him by stealing her FIRST kiss. By stealing her first kiss he wanted her to try to hunt him down more, be on her mind more, and keep the place he had in her heart secure. I'm one of those few ShouxKyoko supporters(I like RenxKyoko equally, though) and even I admit that it was stupid and pathetic of him to do that... Stealing a girl's first kiss? = NO NO NO NO NO!!!! And I find it retarded that Shou WANTS her to hate him, even though I know he's just posessive of her!
I'm kind of confused whether I like Shou or Ren better... Shoutaro is sexy^-^
