I was surprised to know that Ellen Degeneres would be the 4th judge of American Idol, replacing Paula Abdul.

What do you guys think? Personally, I may have developed a little interest for the show now, just because she's going to be in it. But then again, what can a comedian like her, do about judging? She's no singer.

Ellen is a good choice for being the person who is positive about everything, except that even at that, Paula at least knew more about the music industry than Ellen. More importantly though, Neil Patrick Harris as a guest judge is going to be EPIC!!!
