I miss it mostly, the homework was a lot easier than university but I'm also just really lazy in that area. I barely had to put any effort back then, no responsibilities, no giant student loan.
I miss a lot of the people I used to know too, since I lived in a small town. Sure there were people who made me feel like my IQ plummeted, but I don't care about them.

I hated high school it was the worst four years of my life. College on the other hand is way better, high school is just something people hold onto if you ask me.

I graduated 2 years early and even skipped my graduation ceremony (had the principal mail my diploma) because I loathed my school. I had reason to -- I had legitimate (not minor bullying or teasing) death threats from a school drug dealer because I caught him stealing my stuff. One of my classmates anally raped another (both guys). Ten years later the victim walked up and shot the rapist in the face. (true story, my Mom was on the jury. She called me afterwards to ask if if I had known the guy). Half the girls had kids before graduation and there was a group of guys that used to hold me down and stick needles in my back. This wasn't an rare case in a large school -- I think my graduating class was around 40 or 50. That means that at LEAST 2% of my class were murderers, 8% were drug dealers and around 20% were teen or pre-teen moms.
That's what happens in tiny meth towns.
No, I don't miss my old high school. My old high school made me miss eugenics programs.

I miss having no responsibility. and the routine. You knew exactly what you had to be doing and it was free. No second thoughts about whether it's worth it or anything.

There were some good and bad memories in high school but that's about it.

Well, i guess in a way i do, but thats more missing the thing of having something you're actively doing throughout the day, currently i only work 2-3hrs a day and then doing nothing rest of the time, but i dont want to study on just yet, i wanna know what i wanna do before i do it |

High school and college feels the same to me. But definitely dont miss waking up early in the morning for school. lol
