What do you think his bankai is like? We've seen how crazy his shikai is and also how powerful it can be.

Shikai information:

The power of Katen Kyōkotsu is to make children's games real. The Zanpakutō makes the rules and anyone who steps within the boundaries of its spiritual energy is forced to play by those rules, including Shunsui himself. If you win you live, if you lose you die.

Here are the shikai games:

Bushō Koma (不精独楽, Lazy Spinning Top): This technique causes tornado winds to flow from Katen Kyōkotsu to envelope the target. This move originally gave the impression that Shunsui's Zanpakutō was wind-based. However, this too is a game. In this case a spinning top game.

Takaoni (嶄鬼, Mountain Demon): This move was also used in Shunsui's battle with Starrk, but Starrk's attack hid the nature of the attack. However, in a later chapter, Shunsui explains that with this "game" whoever is higher up "wins."[85]

Irooni (艶鬼, Colorful Demon): This is a color-based game where you say the name of the color you want to cut and you cannot cut anything else. If the color that you call does not exist on your body then the damage is minimal, even if normally the attack would inflict a much more severe wound. To maximize damage, you have to use a color that maximizes the risks to your person as well.

Kageoni (影鬼, Shadow Demon): The rule of this game is that whoever steps on a shadow "loses."[88] The game itself allows competitors to manipulate shadows to their advantage. For example, Shunsui has demonstrated the ability to hide himself in shadows by using this technique, and he can also control the shadows and use them to attack an opponent by attacking the shadow they are currently standing upon.

Now with abilities like that, his bankai could be something game related on a much larger and deadlier scale. Or it could be something entirely different.

What do you think his bankai will be?

maybe we'll see it in winter war arc. :D

apparently, KT announced that there will be two new arcs after Fake Karakura arc. the first arc is a mini arc (probably a continuation of turn back the pendulum) then the second arc is about Isshin.

here's the translation on KT's recent interview:

Q: When is Ichigo's father going to play an active part?

A: Hmm, currently it's the Arrancar's arc.. It's the next of the next series after it.

(He says he's going to draw something short--like mini arc--then the thing after that's where he plans to make Ichigo's father play a role)

Maybe I'm reading that wrong, does he mean a TBTP type arc for the arrancars? Like we see the past of the Espada? Or is it going to be something else?
