I've been dreaming nonstop, for weeks and its driving me crazy. Because every time I woke up I feel like I didn't sleep at all. My eyes are so heavy, its like I've been avoiding sleep for hours and my head hurts like hell. I have school tomorrow so it was an absolute inconvenience. I feel sleepy at school and the worst part is, I look horrible!

By the way every time I was dreaming I thought I was actually conscious and wide awake, for example i was reading the book I didn't finish before going to sleep or I'm watching tv then I'll wake and realized that it was all only a dream.

I just want these contagious dreaming to stop because its affecting my life during daytime. Please please help.

I already consulted a doctor. (our school doctor) And he to told me maybe I'm just stress and try to sleep a little early and eat a balance diet.

But I'm not stress or anything. And i know I'm eating the right food.

Dreams are essential first of all,

We have an ID, and Ego and a Super-Ego, all these are part of our psychology, responsible for different behaviours, a dream is created when your unconcious thoughts battle with your sub-concious thoughts to obtain balance.

My advice is to unravel them, figure out what is unbalanced in your life, balance it out, and the dreams should subside. I meditate a lot so don't suffer from this sort of thing, maybe you should give it a go.

Stress can actually show itself in a variety of ways. You may be stressed and not know it D:

No one here is a doctor. I guarantee you won't find any real solutions by asking the C.R users. Instead of seeing a school doctor. I suggest you see a real one. A good one. One that can proscribe you drugs if you need it.

Anyway, personal thread. Please ask in the help or personal thread next time.
