Not Enough Dub Downloads on Crunchyroll?

So I was looking around the Crunchyroll Store (which I stumbled upon by pure accident. You'd think they would put a quick link to the store in the Navigation bar in an effort to make money), and I quickly noticed that there were a miniscule number of Anime titles which allow you to purchase the dub for download.

I was wondering what the reasoning was behind neglecting dub downloads. Even dubbed streams were a rarity on Crunchyroll, though slowly we're seeing more and more titles allowing you to stream the dubs, which is a good move on Crunchyroll's part. Most of the Anime I own is subbed, but there are certain anime (Code Geass, Fist of The North Star and Slam Dunk come to mind) which I grew up watching dubbed, and so I think its an option worth making available to consumers. I'm pretty sure I could find dubbed titles for download on other sites, but they're either A) DRM'ed pretty badly or illegal to download.

DVD's still seem to be going at something like $30 for 4 episodes (atleast the one's that I briefly saw on Amazon), plus I just don't have the storage space for them anymore.

Is the lack of dubs simply due to the demographics that Crunchyroll is targeting? Is it more expensive to get the rights for dubbed anime than it is for subbed Anime? Is the demand simply not high enough? Does anyone know the intricacies behind this issue?

Also, if anyone knows of any websites that offer DRM-free LEGAL Anime downloads, please feel free to point me to them.

Thanks!!

Why you would want to watch a dubbed anime is beyond me.

Firstly, not many people are willing to pay for anime, and that's why CR has free anime after seven days of the original broadcast date.
Although, I think more people are unable to pay, rather than unwilling. I mean it's pretty cheap to buy a membership, but most people on here are underage, meaning they don't have credit cards to pay for online stuff
Since most people can't pay, that might be a reason why CR doesn't have their store featured on the front page or something... perhaps.

Secondly, Most people prefer sub. Once you've listened to the original Japanese dub, you won't want to go back to the English dubs...
Except DBZ, I vote for English dubbed DBZ, because Goku actually sounds like a man in the English version Rurouni Kenshin too, I like the way Kenshin speaks / sounds in the English version But that's about it... see? dubs aren't so in demand most of the time

As for the cost of licensing English Dub compared to the cost of licensing Japanese dub... I'm not really sure. Perhaps someone in the industry can answer that
