I went and saw it.
If you didn't see it you missed out on something so great even if you aren't a Eureka Seven fan you would have loved to see that on the big screen.

p.s. Eureka was so hot at the end nude and all lol
just think how that looked on the big screen ....XD

Yea I Saw This Last Thursday The 24th and It Was Only One Night Nationwide in selected Theatres, So I Guess that Shinji just made a mistake that it's to darn late to watch it and should've just hope stream it online cause the Movie Theatres is Over...But The Movie Is Great i could tell ya that, won't spoil it for others who didn't watch it, So For Now This is Miss-Information and Shinji, Next Time Try to Info Us CR/ Eureka 7 Fans A little Eairly Before the Release or A Week Away from an Event Will You, Thats My Advice to make these fans what they want and happy ^^

-Usajr, The Cake Is A Lie But L (me) is eating it anyway ^o^-V Peace!!

Late post is late, Shinji.

But the movie wasn't that good anyway, so it's not a big deal. The only cool part would have been seeing it on the big screen, and if I'd been able to get a ride the 90 miles to the nearest theatre showing it, I would have been willing to pay for that. Instead, I just watched the 1080p version sub on a 60inch projector screen. Better than streaming from veoh, but not as cool as seeing it in theatres.

Fail. (no offense)

Title is also fail
Eureka Seven : Pocket Full of Rainbows --> Eureka Seven : Good Night Sleep Tight, Young Lovers?
Doesn't make sense on how they derived that from the original title x_x.

Though, the movie itself was pretty good, thats is, you can get past the fact the entire story is basically different.

Haha. I agree. I wasn't even sure if Good Night Sleep Tight, Young Lovers was even the Eureka Seven movie.
I was like "Is this a new movie?!?!" XDD

I liked this movie :O
I didn't hate it.

They didn't "derive" anything. They just changed the title for the Amercan release. Happens all the time. Books, movies, even music. Just another result of that nasty thing called "localization."

This was a retelling of Eureka from a different viewpoint. Character personalities were the same but their roles were different. I'm still on the fence as to how much was "Americanized."

There personalities were most definitely not the same. But that is a whole other discussion.

Only the title was really "Americanized". I don't think there were any real changes to the movie itself. At least, that is what people who saw the dub told me. I'm not a big fan of dubs either way.

True, but still, localization doesn't change the title THAT much to the point where iy doesn't even make sense anymore.

You mean to tell me that "Peter," "Wendy," and "Neverland" weren't Americanized?
Look at the characters again, they all had their same flaws and ideosyncracies but different motives.
