Well if he was embarassed to show e to his friends,i would be ofended...it would feel like i'm not good enough and that he was ashamed of being with me..
now parents...it's a more sensitive issue...i would be really anxious if i were to meet his parents:P

Well I don't feel comfortable with my parents speaking to my friends either. They try to act "modern" and speak like retarded teenagers.

Ask them why and whatever the answer, go from there. Maybe he has a good reason and perhaps it may not even be about you.

Well that's what you gotta do in the real world, trust me. Can't go flying off the handle without a reason.

Oh if that's the reason then yeah, fair enough. I was responding to your quote saying my way was boring.

I would wonder what's wrong, is it me he's embarrassed off or is it his family that's the problem?...But I would accept it for now and wait until he feel more comfortable... mostly beacuse there might be some underlying reasons.
If it continues on without any answers I'll consider breaking up with the guy.
It's not worth it to be with someone who's ashamed of you!
