Haha, this question just randomly pop into my head, like, just now. Would you date someone who is exactly like Gin-san from Gintama? I wouldn't because Gin-san is more like a father figure (or a really lazy teacher) to me : )

Nope. I'd rather have him for a teacher, who doesn't give us any homework, chew gum in class, and who gives lessons like, "Talking in class is good."

Well, I think Gin-san's more of the bachelor type than anything else. I mean, he supports his friends--- but that's that. I don't think a girl can stay with him for long unless the girl's someone like Kagura or Otae. Aha.
I think I'd agree with everyone in the whole wanting-him-to-be-the-teacher-thing.
I mean, the lollipop gag just cracks me up. I had my siblings watch that part and even they, who don't watch anime, laughed the whole time.

HAHA! I actually AM dating someone who acts like him. How he always seems not interested in anything but actually is and makes the most hilarious facial expressions. wel okay not exactly like him, but I love to mention to my bf that the way his eyes remind me so much of Gintoki.
