Honestly probably not. He's too rude with girls, his habits are a bit much to handle and he's not the "date type" anyway. Actually thinking about it, all Gintama guys are hot, but if they were real would they still have all the fangirls after them? Imagine a real-life Katsura, or Okita, Kondo... the most eligible one is probably Hijikata, although he's the typical good looking guy who would never want a girlfriend for one reason or another, even if he loved her (see the Mitsuba story). The only really dateable one is.... wait for it.... Shinpachi.
