" In a REAL fight... when your adrenaline and emotions rage out of control... it's impossible to perform the complicated kicks, strikes and throws taught in 99% of martial arts."

" Which meant all the fancy jumping, kicking and punching the Far East "gurus" were teaching was, frankly, bullshit when it came to surviving violent altercations.

Reason why is because they depend on knowing dozens - even hundreds - of "complex motor" movements... instead of just a small handful of easy-to-learn (and
master) "gross" motor movements.

Just to be clear....

"Complex" motor movements are multi-muscle movements such as putting a key in your car door, pointing and shooting a gun, and just about every martial art move taught in today's dojos—like reverse punches, front kicks, wrist locks, arm bars, hip throws, etc.

"Gross" motor movements, on the other hand, are movements you can do without even thinking—like running, charging, raising your arm above your head or lifting your heels off the ground."

If you simply know where these "tender" spots are... and how to attack them (using simple gross motor movements you can do without even thinking)... you can win any fight, against any person (even multiple armed people)...

It literally cannot be defended against.

It cannot be countered by even the most advanced martial arts blocks and evasions.

And it cannot technically even "fail."

This is no joke.

With Close Combat Training, you can literally paralyze a man twice your size and weight even if you miss what you are trying to hit!

Which is why it's perfect for guys like you who don't want to screw around taking formal self defense classes... don't want to practice dozens of moves and techniques... or who simply want to learn how to fight as fast as humanly possible.

i personaly think this is a load of BS. No one system of fighting can do any of what he perscribes. He's just a guy that did martial SPORTS and took them to the street to get his ass handed to him. So now he's pissed at martial arts for HIS own lack of ability.

He's hypocritical to, this system used to cost about14,000 to teach over a short weekend. He's making money off of it like any other martial sport or art, so he has no room to talk.

your thoughts on this BS.peace over war

That's just crazy. I pity the foo' who paid to learn this crap. There is no technique in any of what he said, no sense of real "combat," but just senseless hitting. Any respectable martial art will obviously teach you where to hit and how to hit, duh. And as for his first statement, that's why they teach discipline and harmony, so that you can effectively execute all that you've learned. Gosh~~~

One could say that he's taken martial arts too lightly. Anyone who undergo a half-baked training like that will eventual developed a false sense of security that he/she can subdue any assailant. I pity those who took that ad seriously.

war is fought with the mind, fights are fought with the body. it is clearly a huge load of BS, as everyone should know if you do something repeadly for a long time if your going to that thing then your body would naturaly know what to do without thinking. this is just another fad to make money.

Martial Arts aren't really about just combat. (Some may disagree.) It's learning how to control yourself.

" In a REAL fight... when your adrenaline and emotions rage out of control... it's impossible to perform the complicated kicks, strikes and throws taught in 99% of martial arts."

I will have to say I disagree... That's why some martial artists meditate. It keeps their cool down.

Eurgh... while some of the things he said might be kinda true I really find the guy to be an egomaniac with horrible spelling on his "professional" advertising site. He inflates "national statistics" to make things sound scary but too much is still debated by academics to seriously prove our country is that much worse than it was 50 so years ago. Too much bragging & their "one time offer coupon" pops up over & over again which I found funny

I'm not gonna say much bc it will basically be repeating what many ppl says so i'll make it brief. Just like the others wrote displine is the key bc when your get angry to a point it's true that your IQ may drop. Which also becomes hard to concentrate as well as just putting it out there no martial arts is the greatest it depends on how the person uses it. Each style is very useful especially in their own way and just fighting for fame is not the way as seen in UFC . But, yea i hope i dint say to much thats just my opinion.

not convinced with the claims stated above.
As for which M.A. is the best well thats a mouth full. Too many variables to consider. It depends on the context of the situation. Aside from good genetics his/her knowledge, skill, and experience determine their ability to perform. If I had to choose the most influential factor it would be genetics.

I wouldn't be thinking about this when someone pulls a knife on me on the street tbh...just use what you know to save your skin!
