We begin with some rules, i know, it's not that fun but we all have to know them!!
•Never, really NEVER let butter that's in the microwave or baking in a pan alone!! That's very dangerous!
Stay always in the same room! Butter burns easily!

•Never put the temperture of your oven to high! If the cake or any kind of pastry easily gets brown, jus turn the temperture a little bit lower then the recipe says. And also, stay always neary your oven!
Always put the temperture a little lower if you have a convection oven (a oven that circulates heated air, not a traditional oven)

•Wash your hands before making something!! And even during the process!!
•HAVE FUN!

And now, we'll begin with the fun stuff :)

Making cookies is a good begin for everyone who hasn't any experience with baking,
or just began with learning how to bake :)
And seriously who doesn't like chocolate? YES, that's right! Nobody!
That's why we are beginning with Large Chocolate Chip Cookies!!

The ingredients:
Before making something, always check if you have the right amount of every ingredient,
and if you have all the ingredients you need.

For an example : If you forgot to check if you had all ingredients,
and you find out while making something that contains brown sugar, that you have 80 gr brown sugar
and you need a 100 gr,
then replace the 20 gr brown sugar for 20 gr white sugar. Your mixtures color will get a tiny little bit lighter but you'll don't taste the difference.
One time i used white suger instead of the whole amount of brown sugar in a cake,
and it tasted as good as the same cake that had brown sugar.

Ingredients for Large Chocolate Chip Cookie:
1 box of cake mix

1/2 c. Oil

2 Tbs. Water

2 Eggs, beaten

1 c. Chocolate chips

Directions:
It's good to read the directions before you start, or decide to use that recipe. It will make it easier
to make it and the process will go faster.
Don't be to hasty with reading the recipe during the process, read carefully. That will help you not to
forget a ingredient. I speak out of experience, believe me :P
I forgot the baking powder one time...

Directions for Large Chocolate Chip Cookie:

Combine ingredients and stir until moistened. Place on a lightly greased pizza pan (browney baking tin will work fine too i think).
Bake 350 degree for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Stick a knitting needle or something like that into
the cookie, if it comes out clean, then it's finished. But don't let it get overcooked. It will get dry
and that wouldn't be nice :P

Here is a little video that shows how easy it is to make a shortcrust pastry :)

Like the man in the video says, it's ideal for sweet pastries.
I had a really really good recipe for it, but i lost it...so i'll add it when i have found it again :P
What happens after the video is that he puts the dough into a pie tin (srry don't have a other word for it ) and filles it with some fruit.
I would use something like peaches it's a very good combination, but you could also use other kinds of fruit.
Or maybe fill it with custard pudding and top it with whipped cream!! :)
