Because there isn't any work out like it and I like a bit of rough and tumble which is why I compete often.

For me, martial arts are all about learning. Technique and fluidity can be copied but everyone executes it differently therefore the combination of attack and defensive movements are infinite depending upon the skill of ones opponent. Reading an opponent can be difficult as well. Thats why its such a challenging art form. For me, there is no better workout for the body AND the mind.

I only know kung fu and a little muy thai kick boxing. I do tiger, mantis, and eagle styles quite proficiently. Ive been trying to learn drunken fist for awhile but its more difficult than I thought. Im still doing a good job though. What martial arts do you know?

Kyokushin Karate - advanced
Kendo - intermediate level
Kung-Fu - I know a few moves
Tai Chi - stop by now and then

muay thai....... cuz their stance n movements are sooooooooooo cool!!!! n they're more dangerous and lethal..... check out raging phoenix movie...
