it's funny how this thread keeps getting off topics and spreading every which way.

But I just wanted to correct twilight525 quickly. Gidget, the main Taco Bell dog (there were two stand in dogs for her named Dinky and Taco), was actually female. She died not to long ago.

The reason Taco Bell stopped using her for their ads was all thanks to Hispanic advocacy groups lobbying for the end of the campaign in 2000.

I liked it better when Moltar hosted it

what happened to moltar anyway i forgot ....its like he was there and then he was just gone the next episode

Anyway, yeah... Moltar just fell off the air. No mention was made of what happened to him.

For nostalgic purposes I watched a few clips from Toonami yesterday. When the revamped Toonami first broadcast on TV with Tom 1 he introduced himself as the "New Moltar." That was the extent of it.

yep, we're off topic now. but while we're on it, you can watch the first few eps. on their website. They'll go up to 14 eps. adultswim is still airing them. After which, I hope they replace it with a new anime.

I have serious doubts of ever seeing any new anime series on Adult Swim (unless there is a change in management). I will have to admit I was actually surprised they showed Bleach: Memories of Nobody.

Yea, but I still think they'll get a few or at least one anime somewhere in the future.

I haven't watched much of Bleach, but I'm still excited to see Bleach: The DiamondDust Rebellion on Dec. 5th. And they are going to rerun Bleach the Movie: Memories of Nobody on Nov. 28th which is good because I fell asleep towards the end of watching it.
