Hey guys!

We had a bunch of new simulcasts over the weekend so I hope you're enjoying them and all caught up for another week of awesome NEW titles! First up is FAIRY TAIL, a very popular manga series by Hiro Mashima that is finally being broadcasted on TV. FAIRY TAIL is one of the most anticipated new action/shonen titles this year. The manga was voted by some as the best shonen manga of 2008, so you know it'll be good!

We worked hard to get it available worldwide. Due to other licensing restrictions, FAIRY TAIL is specially presented to Anime Members ONLY, and available worldwide (excluding Japan). So if you're not a member yet, whatcha waiting for? FAIRY TAIL launches on next Monday, October 12th at 5am PST to Anime Members, one hour after Japan broadcast and accessible 30 days thereafter.



Here's a brief synopsis:
The story follows a teenage girl named Lucy Heartfilla who is determined to join the notorious magical Fairy Tail Guild. During a daring rescue, she encounters Natsu who is part of the guild and eventually offers her a place. They become teammates performing various missions for the Fairy Tail Guild. Be prepared for an action-packed adventure!





And next in line is Sasameki Koto, a yuri title for those of you that have been requesting it! Sasameki Koto is based on the manga series by Takashi Ikeda, and one of the most famed yuri manga of all time in Japan. It launches this Wednesday, October 7th at noon PST and for those of you who aren't yet familiar with it, here's the story line:

Without ever saying a word to her, honor student Sumika Murasame has had a crush on her best friend, Ushio Kazama since middle school.

In their social circle are the energetic members of the brass section: Kiyori Torioi, girls fashion magazine model Masaki Akemiya, and finally Tomoe Hachisuka and Miyako Taema, a couple, all making up a collection of eclectic personalities.

One day, the idea of forming an all-girls after school comes up amongst them...

Yeah, even though Miracle Train is a shoujo-reverse harem title. CR still can do better by getting a few Yaoi titles to offset all the redundant Yuri stuff they keep adding. It almost appears a bit discriminatory in how CR is avoiding yaoi titles (as redundant as those titles can be as well).

I'll be interested to see how many moochers start boo-hoo-ing when they realize they need a paid membership to see Fairy Tail. "Anime Members ONLY" means paid subscriptions. I'm happy to see it, however, since I'm willing to pay and like to see a business model that rewards the paying members in some way.
