Does anybody think Chad is cool?
hmmm... welll for me he is not cool because he has a big body but his power is weak he looks strong but he is really not strong he won fight but doesnt impress that much and his hair is so uncool but on the good side he is a good person and a good friend .....

I think Chad is an incredibly boring character; he has potential to be a coolish character but... he hasn't really progressed personality wise throughout the manga or anime. He's predictable and recently, his techniques have been overused so they're not as awesome as they could have been. But I think Kubo focused on the other characters' personalities more than him and he kinda got forgotten...
