simple things like:

leaving me messages or notes in my notebook.
giving me a candy (simple candy) every time we are together.
laying my head on his shoulder when im asleep.
teasing and laughing at each other.
studying together

and just being together in silence.

i dont know if these are considered sweet. A relationship doesnt need expensive gifts or luxurious dates to be sweet (for me). sometimes, little things mean more.

is it February already? o_o

Edit:so it shows. Women are more hopeless romantic than men.

cuz we are more emotional than those feelingless men... >.> hi5!

When I had a girlfriend (before she lost me ), I used to:

> buy her Starbucks or Ben&Jerry's randomly (not all the time, just when she needed to cheer up or something).
> if she had to read stuff for class, I'd bring over a book and read with her.
> give her a massage even if I was tired from working all day.
> one time I drove 3 hours just to see her for 15 minutes (that's all I could stay) then drove back home another 3 hours.

Your definition of slavery seems to be lacking.

I did those things only when I wanted to, because I wanted to.
It's not something that was expected of me or that I did all the time.

My ex used to visit me at home everyday when we were still together. He would usually sneak out just to do that. And he used to say, "My day wouldn't be complete without seeing you." And he sticked to that for like 2 months and went off. But that's pretty impressive. Not all guys these days can be consistent like that.

what's gay 'bout that? He didn't do that for another guy, did he?

from a girl's point of view that was sweet.

haha, I don't think you're allowed to say "no offense" when you say something like that. It doesn't really work that way

So... what exactly is "gay" about doing nice things for a girl I loved?
